Stanley and hellcat (1 Viewer)

Hi all.
Here is skywalker，I'm currently researching a famous pilot Stanley Vejtasa the "swede"，all results showed that he flew F4F-4 wildcat until 1943.7
So my question is：did he flew F6F hellcat during the war？No matter tutorial or combat.
Because another pilot O'hare flew both of these cats but his wildcat was mostly remembered.

On some marbling I added Hull red to desaturate sea blue，the grey-white marble pattern is FS16440 Grumman grey

Swede was rotated out in May 1943 never to return to combat. Hellcat was yet to be deployed at that time. He flew with VF-10 in late 1942, piloting a Wildcat. I don't think he flew an F6F in combat.

Well this table states that USS Enterprise changed F4F to F6F just after stanley rotated out
