Tail wheel german bomber WWII

Hello,

Please can you help me to identify that tail wheel, probably from a german bomber ?
I guess the tyre manufacturer is lla, probably a late war codification to hide the genuine name.

The trye size for the tail wheel was used for the Heinkel He111 bomber and Junkers Ju-52. However the wheel hub looks quite modern and seems to be not orginal. Also the white ring seems to be painted but it shouldn't. How does the another side look like? Any other markings on the tyre?

There is no other markings on the tyre. On the seal, i can read PRITZWALK, it refers to a german town.

OK. Indeed the Pritzwalk is a small town in the Germany. The probelm is that it seems that there wasn't any tyre manufacturer in Pritzwalk . Having a close look at the firm logo I could read the F.J Ahlgrim what also sounds modern. Most of the WW2 German tyres I have seen so far, have many markings on it and being a Continental or Dunlop licenced also they have the trademark moulded there.

It looks like the tyre was repaired so the old marks are not visible

I think the right plane is not well identified

Just I have checked on the Storch main wheels. Indeed the plane used the tyre size as well. In couple of images these look like your one but without the white strip around. Also the hub should be different. I pasted the link to the tyre and the image you sent above. Just to save it for the future.

Thank you. The hub could me a reuse post WWII. If they applied a green paint, it was certainly for a reason.

A tricky one. Tyre certainly looks to be late WW2, with very plain moulding. Hub is unusual and doesn't seem to have numbering visible. Possibly it has some numbers inside?
Without numbers or other info, possibly a late wartime tyre on a post war rim, or very late WW2?

Another possibility, CASA 2.111. I have seen the CASA with the classic German Mag-alloy wheel with the ribbed pattern, but that one shown here looks more like a machined Aluminium
rim. Possibly a 1950's locally produced replacement?
