The Jolly Green II

The new USAF rescue helicopter is the HH-60W Jolly Green II. Note that at one time the H-47 had won that competition, much to the horror of many. I guess they did some significant revisions to the requirements.

Somehow that just doesn't have the cachet of a big green HH3 or H53.

H60 platform. You cannot go wrong with that.
