Hi
I'm not familiar with uniform ribbons. Can you help me? I don't even know if they're Army or Air Force.
Thanks

The top row from the left ...

the Vietnam Campaign Medal ( Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal ) with the 60– device that is attached inversally or just the entire ribbon should be rotated 180 degree right.
the Vietnam Service Medal with the three Combat Battle Stars ( each star for one of the 17 campaigns). The silver one was allowed to use for 5 bronze stars.
the National Defense Service Medal.

the bottom row from the left ...

the US Army Commendation Medal with two bronze oak leaf clusters denoting the third award.
the Bronze Star Medal.

Just to point out, the rack is depicted inverted.
The highest-rank award (bronze star in this case) is to be top left (the lowest bottom right), and the rows filled from bottom to top (with the top partial row centered on the one beneath).

Your comment about the VCM "being inverted" should have been a big clue - but you did say that you didn't know US ribbons, so you are forgiven.

Huh? I didn't say I don't know US ribbons, I carried a few in my time. Forgiveness isn't necessary or requested. Most important top-right (as you wear it), least is lowest-left (again, as you wear it).

I didn't write "being inverted", either. I wrote "depicted inverted". A little reading goes a long way.

Gents, there is no reason for arguing. Just the entire pic is inverted and should be rotated 180 degrees right ... for the reason the 60– device, Combat Battle Stars and the bronze oak leaf clusters looking strange taking their exposure into the consideration.

Now it should be better ... shouldn't it?
