This looks like a resin waterline model made in the 3D- technology of the HSwMS Halland (J18) , the Swedish Navy lead ship, Halland-class destroyer launched in 1952 and decommissioned in 1987.

I haven't found any pic of the box content. But judging by other kits of the firm I would say it has to look like these below. Depending on the object dimensions either a couple of parts there or one solid model. The HSwMS Halland ship was 121m long so in the 1:700 scale she is of the längd 17,3cm ( 173mm). Not too large but fits for the wargaming IMHO.
