Hi everyone - my first time here. I wonder if your combined brains can suggest what aircraft this wheel might be from. It is associated with a UK wartime RAF Lancaster and Stirling base but it is of course too small for those - it's approximately 42 inches/107cm in diameter with no discernible markings on the tyre wall. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thank you.

To answer your question ... neither the Lancaster nor the Stirling but the De Havilland DH. 98 Mosquito jusdging by the 42" diameter and the shape of the hub.
