WW2 B24 part
we believe it was an Oxygen tank holder or Fire Extinguisher strap. Images show stamps, just wondering.

we added 4 more images of the ends
and wondering what looks like a stamp letters E T F, or the E & T seem similar, and the F looks like the L bellow with the numbers

That part number does not show in the Consolidated aircraft parts catalogs I have but may be a vendor part used on the type. More photos may help - especially of the ends.

All B-24 parts designed by Consolidated had the pattern 32Ln where 32 is the model number, L = letter(s) and n = a number. All Consolidated standard parts have no model number and start with the letter Q.

Oxygen system components for the NAVY version of the B-24 (the P4Y-2) are part numbered 100Ln as below and the straps were part numbered Qn. B-24 parts would be 32Fn and may or may not have the same numerals. I would be surprised if the numerals were different as the "redesign" for the Navy would have started by using tracings of B-24 parts renumbered for any part used on both types or may have just said for part number 100Ln use drawing 32Ln and identify the part as 100Ln as that would minimise wasted manpower.

The parts catalog I have does not list any fire extinguishers (it is not complete) but again being fixed equipment/furnishings, if fitted, they would be part numbered 32Fn. The fire extinguishers on the Catalina were part numbered 28Fn as one would expect.

The coding system used on all Consolidated aircraft is below
