Shown here is a Bu 131B Jungmann two-seat primary trainer of FFS A/B 71 with ski-undercarriage about to take-off. Many aircraft of this type swa service with the auxiliary ground attack squadrons. Carrying 1-2 kg (2.2 and 4.4 lb) bombs, they were used by night to maintain non-stop harassment over the Soviet rear areas.
