Shown here is a Boston Mk.III of No.2 Group over the target during the daylight raid on the Philips radio and valve factories at Eidhoven, 6th December, 1942. The raid was carried out by 93 aircraft - Bostons, Venturas and Mosquitoes - without the benefit of fighter cover.
