Shown here is He 111H (Werke Nr 6353) which was acquired after being attacked by Spitfires, causing it to belly-land near heddington, Scotland, on 28th October, 1939. After repair it was assigned to No.1426 Flight for evaluation purposes. In RAF service it flew as (AW177).
