Japanese KI-46 (DINAH) Variants

Source Unknown - The various type of Ki-46 in one place. Type I was a command-recon version, Type II was a trainer and the Type III was the interceptor-fighter. Aircraft in foreground could be a Type I or even Type IV; anyone know?
