This is a mock-up of a Japanese Ohka Suicide Bomb Cherry Blossom Prop as in the WW2 Pacific Scenario at Classic Fighters 2001 as found on their website. I don't know whether there are any genuine Ohka Suicide Bombs in existence but would be guessing because of its role probably not!!
