The Ostwind was a single mount 37mm Flak 43 mounted in a large, open-topped turret on a Panzer chassis. One version had a twin-mount Flak 43. The Wirblewind was a Quad mount 20mm Flak 38 mounted in a large, open-topped turret on a Panzer 4 chassis.

Personally, I think they are going to aim for Crimea. Or at least threaten it so Russia rushes to keep it and use the opportunity to destroy the Russians as they attempt to do so.
