there was a show on T.V the other night about the Germans trying to bomb America. sadly i missed it and only saw a few seconds. interesting topic though.

the SBD could hold its own in a dog fight. the stuka was easy meat and the val was extreamly easy to ingnite and explode. in my opion being able to make an attack is the most important part of any strike fighter. no point having a great dive if you cant get there.
albert einstien wrote a letter to the US goverment warning them about his fears of germany developing nuc weapons. also the americans intended there nuc weapons for germany but the war ended to soon so the US decided to nuke japen insted.
whilst i was staying in albury (NSW) i saw a p-40 fly over a couple of times. i then drove past the airfield and saw a dakota sitting on the air field. i was wondering how many warbirds are still airworthy and how much it would cost to fix one to airworthyness.
i have heard alot of good and bad things about the boomerang but they were from bad sources. can you guys give me some pics and info on it. Thanks in advance.
