I read your profile of Wing Commander Tait from 2007 following his death and was interested in your knowledge of Operation Paravane from Yagodnik against Tirpitz
Were you aware that one of the Lancasters did not return to UK; but crashed in Southern Norway on 17.9.44?
My cousin was one of the crew on PB416 which unexplained incident I am researching.
