I started an 1:48 Mitchell the other day. When I got to the main landing gear install, looking at the model opening and door, I was puzzled as to how the gear was stowed. The model, admittedly is not very detailed (Revell 5512), but for me good enough. Looking on line I see photos of actual...
During World War II, the practice of customizing aircraft with drawings and pin ups reached the maximum creativity. I share with you some of the most curious nose arts created by the crews of B-25 Mitchell bombers. To see them, visit the link below:

Hi
So awhile back I bought some seat bases I believe for the B25 Mitchell, I have a thread for the restoration of these in technical Requests. However I would like to know what aircraft they came from exactly. All I have is what is believed to be a part number. It is on the side and is...

Hi,
I'm trying to identify the plane my Grandfather is standing in front of? Everyone in the family seems to think he flew as a radio operator on the B-25 Mitchell, but from what I can tell, the B-25 was a tricycle gear and much larger.
Any help is much appreciated!
