A very enjoyable build of a subject I didn't know anything about until I started researching it. Lots of scratch building on the kits which were painted with Humbrol enamels and weathered with pastels. I can recommend this kit!

Thanks very much Vic, much appreciated!! The kit is from Thundermodel and is the 1/35 Scammell TRMU the kit is promoted as a 'late Gooseneck' trailer which is inaccurate it should be an early version of the trailer! I don't have the kit number I'm afraid. The Crusader tank is from Italeri and again, I don't have the kit number. Both kits were painted with Humbrol enamels and mixed accordingly to give the various shades. I knew very little about these vehicles and I got a tremendous amount of assistance from the Scammell in Scale facebook group which I can highly recommend visiting if you're considering doing this kit. Yep, it's on a late 1950's/early 1960's housing estate, on the relatively narrow road of the period - too big to fit on the short, single car width driveway of the house - which makes that section of the road singe lane !!
