Go the PRU blue touch up done today and sprayed the clear gloss . Ill let it dry and might have to spray another coat on the bottom and forward booms . Once done i cant start decals .
Well on a crappy note i started adding the print scale decals . I had the shark mounth decal in the water and pulled it out and they disintegrated into 8 + pieces. I put another one in water same issue. So the decals went in the trash. This is the 2nd set of decals i had issues with . So no longer will i use print scale decals . I did some research on the net and found there was some Recon Lightning with basic markings so i went with that option. Insginais and numbers from Fundekals . Decals sprayed with clear gloss and now ready for wash .
Spent the night weathering the model with the Mig Ammo Deep Grey. Then i sprayed the model with the testors lacquer clear flat. Really like hows the wash turned out ! Now to finish the rest of the parts
Spent the day working on LOTS of various parts. Cockpit radio , armor plate , seat and rear window weathered and installed . Main landing gear glued in as well as prop assembled . I also masked and sprayed the recon camaera lens . Still more part to do so stay tuned .
