Spotted this interesting kit on an eBay email, did a quick Google and thought what a great subject. 11 of these little planes fought the Japanese and did quite well, it's hard to find any information but from my reading they shot down at least 5 bombers and possibly up to 4 fighters.

Republic Of China Air Force colour scheme olive green topsides and blue/grey undersides.

It's a resin kit and only had 14 parts but the fuselage halves were twisted and took some fiddling to fit. I made a boob fitting the undercarriage I used the holes moulded in the wings and didn't double check before gluing in place. One u/c leg is further forward than the other. It was built using gel Cyano and brass rod to reinforce the wing and tail joins. The rigging is invisible mending thread run through holes drilled in the wings and glued in place with runny Cyano.

PS. The firm name is Choroszy Modelbud. It is a Polish manufacturer.:)
