It's a Lohner R floatplane named "Nelly" early registred as A-51. According to the Air Traffic Regulations B.G.B. No. 221/1935 the national and registration mark was changed to OE-DEW and after the annexation of Austria by the German Third Reich in 1938 it received the German registration D-EDEW.
