I'm looking forward to the 1946 add on for Il-2, but can't find much info on it. Is a release date available?

Still nothing there about a release date, but the rumour floating around the web is mid November along with the Manchuria add-on. We'll see.

Awesome. So can this be merged with Il-2 complete edition?

There's one thing that seems fishy : This doesn't seem to be an expansion, rather it includes all of the previous content of Il-2 games. Is Oleg milking his helpless fans? :protest:

I just got the game at my local retailer yesterday morning. I hadn't played any Il-2 games before, but jeeze, what a great game!

Got started with several campaign, most notable in the Bf 109F-2 with III./JG 51 during barbarossa. Got 10 aerial kills in 6 sorties, including 4 SB-2 bombers in one of 'em (24 June 1941 air cover). I can handle the I-16s and MiGs, but the LaGGs are more difficult to tackle, any ideas on that?

BTW the aerial battles you can make with the quick mission builder are massive and a massacre!

If we should start this discussion in a seperate topic, I'm ok with it.

So is it just me, or is the artificial horizon in the MiG-9 bassackwards? It looks and functions upside down. I hope it gets fixed in the 4.08 patch. Anyone else notice anything else strange with anything? Any bugs you've noticed?
