After some thought, A-10s might be useful in breeching the Dnipro River defenses. If it's on the Left Bank, light 'em up. It's not a built up area. I'm assuming a lot less cover for Russian troops in the area and drone coverage keeps the MANPADs down.
The A-10 would be awesome at train busting, provided AAA could be suppressed.

The Ukrainians have already deployed HARMs on MiG-29s. Take out the radars guiding any missiles or cannon emplacements, and the lucky hits they will surely get are better-spent against A-10s, which are better at bringing their pilots home.
