AAF Form 57

Anyone have a copy of AAF Form 57 or have one in the their collection? The form is a compass correction card, with the aircraft data on it. The only copy I've been able to find is a huge poster for classroom use. I'd like to find one to scan and then have some printed for various aircraft projects.

The book in archives.org is abbreviated but did have the form, just need some white-out. I'll see if I can edit it for you later if you wish.

Front done. Replaced "and" by the second siggie but don't have the correct font. EDIT: fixed the "and" a bit better

Copy the "and" from the left block and paste it in?

For the formulas, everything that looks hand-written should be removed. In the first and second formulas, the "over 2" part of each should have the contents of the parentheses removed, but the parentheses themselves should remain. For the third formula, that's the "over 4" part.

After each of those, there's an equal sign. Delete everything to the right of that.
