AFDU report 56: P-38F Tactical and armament trials

Anyone with complete and readable copy of "AFDU report no. 56: Handling and Armament Trials - Lockheed P-38F", signed 21.9.1942. I have a fragmentary print out from the old "prodocs" site, but it is missing some pages as it was very oddly arranged for printing and that site seems to have keeled over years ago (my copy printed Jan 2006).

Yes, but it's too big, at 16 pages plus a photo, to put on here (two pages were added, afterwards, following trials between the P-38F a Spitfire IX.) I can send it to an E-mail address, of course.
