Hello everyone. My name is Bob West and I am associated with the Glenn Miller Museum at Twinwoods Airfield, Clapham, Bedford ,England. This is the airfield from which Glenn Miller took his final flight never to be seen again. It is the only wartime airfield in the UK to have another 50 year secrecy ban on it. It hosts music festivals to celebrate the music of Glenn Miller which you can see on Glenn Miller Festival and Rhythm Festival at* Twinwood Events The question I am asking is does anyone have WW2 aircraft which are not airworthy and would like to either keep them on this historic site or donate any artefacts to the museum.
thank you for your interest, Bob West
