Not sure I buy that. Looks like a pretty real Su-25 to my eyes. If it was a decoy, they went to a lot of trouble replicating the wing pylons and even adding a couple of drop tanks.

Seems like the Su-25 is a very elaborate decoy:Ukraine has used out of service aircraft as decoys.
This Su-25 may have been one of them.
