Except for the text of "Lil'Jan" (which can also be tried, or making your own "homemade" decal), it seems that everything else can be done, and I do not think it represents something that you can not achieve.
It will be a fun challenge and I am sure that you will be satisfied with the achievement.

Definitely make you own decals. It's fun and it's very rewarding. Do it on a computer and make multiple versions of what you want and pick the best one.
