Just a quick word of warning about Schnaufer's Bf 110G 3C+BA; the original, which Schnaufer flew was destroyed on the ground in April 1945 and was not the same aircraft that went to the UK as depicted in the photograph above. That aircraft was flown by Schnaufer twice only, but he did not fly any combat ops in it; it was originally coded G9+DX and under Schnaufer's instruction was repainted as 3C+BA.
