Anyone off to Oshkosh this year?

It's that time of year again! EAA Air Venture at Oshkosh is in 30 days. The full schedule has been released on the EAA website.


If anyone is interested in a wee meet-up, I'm gonna be there.

I resisted going to Oshkosh for decades because I knew what would happen.... I'd love it and feel the need to return every year. Well, last year I flew a RV-12 of TeenFlight Puyallup to Oshkosh and guess what... I loved it. Alas, this year I'm touring with the CAF Arizona B-25 that week, but will definitely return next year with my Christen Eagle for the Eagle's 50th Anniversary.

I'm going to Oshkosh for the first time this year. A friend and I have an RV (non-flying kind) booked into Camp Scholler.

As a very part-time participant here, I'm open to the idea of a meetup, but I fear I would be out of my depth though.
