It is my understanding that on at least one, the lower front nose plexi was painted over to help mitigate problems with search light glare.
Also would be nice if a photo of the one that crash landed at the Prague airfield. Every other plane seemed to have been photographed that ended up there at wars end.
this is one thing that WElter complained about when on a test op. just too much glare via searchlights. then in the C series proto's more armor up front as it was mentioned anything from a Bomber being shot down would crah into the nose/glass of the Arado. the BF was to be moved from the fuselage to the cock[pit behind the pilot.
