I thought I had started an assorted RAF documents thread but not so according to search

First up is this one from a photocopy. From the shadows on the copy this appears to be the page size but if so it wider than most HMSO publications,

Next, but only if someone wants it, will be this one. A study in to those poor blighters that got treated for Lack of Moral Fibre, what we now call PTSD.

Hi, i'd be very happy to have a read of this "psychological review" document. it's a shadow part of the war that none wants to remember or even talk about.
And if you have a study about the use of dextroamphetamine (or benzedrine) by the Raf, that would be the cherry on the cake.

Not finished yet, stopped around Pg280 at 2 'o clock in the morning.
Skipped the psycholgy history part.
Till now, the personal conclusion is: Bomber pilots are pussies, costal command pilots are cowards, night fighters are spoiled kids and fighter pilots are badasses.
(very shortly said, but with a lot of nuances actually)

Actually a very nice read (even if i didn't find what i was looking for) that shows the importance of psycholgy in the selection process and the importance of adapting the structure of the local airfields to different kind of squadrons being stationned there. Like the psychological issues of the night fighter crews created by the noise done by day light squadrons, the lack of adapted eat-times and activities for the night fighters crews.
It's a good general view of war time psycholgical state of air-crews (operational or in training).

There is another book you probably will like as it gives several examples of aircrew who suffered from Lack of moral fibre and what caused it. The title is absolute crap so when I was given a copy it sat on the shelf for years before I opened it from boredom. It is about time I re-read it. My copy has a different cover.
