B-17 S/N 42-5949

Hi Guys,

I need information about the B17F S/N 42-5949 (301st BG - 419th BS).
It was damaged during the Bolzano raid against the railroad bridge and crashed in Tuscany (Italy) 25 september 1943.
In particular I'm trying to identify the base from which it took off and find some images.
