Looking good.

But a notice though ... the info in the two first lines of the data plate should be ...

U.S. ARMY B-25J-1-NC
SERIAL NO. AAF-43-27636

What is more the info should be of the white and there was a line of a space between the two top lines and the rest of the info.

Are there any more detailed photos showing how many bombs are located under the cockpit?

The number of bombs depends on the period of time ... See these images below. The beginning seems to be the 1943. There were 96 bombs applied in three rows, each of 30 bombs and one row with 6 bombs. Additionally there was the white inscription " Engineer S/SGT N.E. Walker". No ships and japanese flag markings.

1943 ...

later in 1943 the number of bombs insreased to 113 ( three rows of 30 bombs each ) one row of 15 and one with 8 markings. Please notice that the row with the 15 bombs covered the white inscription partially Additionally the markings with ships and japanese flags were added.

and here is the next variant more later in 1943 ... 119 bombs ...

and here the version of 1944 with 121 bombs ... one bomb marking was added to the top row. According to a couple of sources the blue colour of the nose art was overpainted with light blue one. Earlier it was quite dark colour.

What does it say there?

Answered in my post above.

Wurger, do you have any images of decorated American bombs? Preferably 2,000-pounders. As I recall, they used to decorate them too—nothing fancy, of course, but still.

Do you mean the stencils there?

I meant something like this.
