The only flying B29 in the world was at Deer Valley airport in Phoenix, AZ November 14 15 16 17.
Man what a show.
Here is a short video of arrival then a takeoff and landing from the end of the runway.

Never get tired of watching that. It's great FIFI's back in the air. :p

I agree, sent chills down my spine. This was the second time I saw a B29 in the air. The first was just a few days earlier when I saw her come in over the beach in Carlsbad, CA while on vacation. I was taken by complete surprise. Then to find out she would be in Phoenix. Could not wait to get back from vacation...LOL
 
Last time I saw her, I was sitting inside of FIFI during a rainstorm at an airshow in Olathe, Kansas. Can't remember the year, but it must have been sometime in the early 70's.
