Nice, but what are they going to use for engines now? The prototype uses Ivchenko-Progress Motor Sich AI-450T turboprop engines. The Motor Sich production facilities were destroyed in a Russian missile strike on May 25, 2022. The alternative engines, P&WC PT6A, Rolls Royce 250 and GE H80 and Honeywell TPE331 are all embargoed.

Damage to two factory buildings does not mean the destruction of the production.
And the only destroyed "facilities" were the shopping mall Avrora and the restaurant.

Laser guided? Does that mean UAF will have men on the ground behind enemy lines to illuminate the targets? Or does the Bayraktar do it all itself?

I don't know. Anyway, there is no information about Akinci for Ukraine yet. Just rumours.
