Has anyone posted or have figures on top speed, range, engine hp weights ect on the early junkers engined BF109s?

HoHun made some useful calculations a few years ago:

218.jpg

109B-2 (Jumo 210D)
1931 kg
1.30 ata, 2700 rpm

109C-1 (Jumo 210G)
2160 kg
1.30 ata, 2700 rpm

109D (DB 600A)
2160 kg
2400 rpm

109D-1 (Jumo 210D)
2160 kg
1.30 ata, 2700 rpm

intresting the C is much faster then the others. i would have figured a steady drop threw the A to D model with the D model with the DB600 picking up alot of the lost speed perhaps evan being faster. as the jumo 210 was a lot lower on the HP

anyhow have any idea what typical range and cruse speed was on them? i would asume the fuel amount was the same for all models BF109's?

There's no D-model with DB 600 except prototypes , production variants reverted to Jumo 210.
Jumo 210 had a two speed supercharger with somwhat OK altitude performance, DB 600A supercharger was more tuned for low alt operations

The 109D with the DB600 is a mistake from many books in the 50s. There were no production 109s with DB 600 (non fuel injected) engines.

The Jumo 210 powered planes had 235 liters of fuel (maybe 270 in the later ones??) and not the 400-410 liters of the DB powered planes.

Any idea of typical cruse settings, fuel flow at speed.
