Brewster Buffalo - Hobby 2000 (Hasegawa) 1:72

Hello!

The aircraft was originally designed as the US Navy's first monoplane carrier fighter,
but become better known as a hero of forgotten fronts.

My model represents the Dutch Brewster B-339C. The machine was lost during a dogfight with Nakajima Ki-27's over Singapore on January 12, 1942.
Pilot- Lt. Deibel parachuted.

Nice one. I used those decals on a Matchbox Buffalo a couple of years back, the Hasegawa kit makes them look MUCH better, as does your modelling.

A tip for B-339C/D modellers: Dutch Brewsters had an antenna tapping on the right side of the fuselage in front of the cabin (not noted on the painting instructions/plans!).
