A question occurred to me, just out of curiosity'

It was: what was the first aircraft to serve in the RAF which had not served in the RFC or the RNAS.

I typed just that into Google's AI search box. This is the answer it gave:

The first aircraft to serve in the Royal Air Force (RAF) that had not served in the Royal Flying Corps (RFC) or Royal Naval Air Service (RNAS) was the Gloster Meteor.


I kinda thought it might be the Snipe. But AI knows better?
