Too bad there's not any complete examples known to exist, though a Sea Hornet is being rebuilt in New Zealand (by the company that restored most of the airworthy Mosquitoes). It'd be great if there was more large/high resolution pics floating around, too.

I did find about 3 photos of the Hornet in the Air Ministry Photo threads. That place is a gold mine, BTW.

Not the same company as the one doing the Mosquitoes. The Mossies were done by Avspecs and the Sea Hornet is being done by Pioneer Aero Restorations. Both are located at Ardmore, in South Auckland, but are separate firms.
