Hello, looking at the engine detail and the kit instructions, I wonder if it can't be displayed like in this picture:

IMHO there is no reason for not doing it. Just it depends on you only how deep into the model detailing you can go.

Yep .. that's quite common. Also I would like to suggest having a close up look at the wing undersides at the area where the Reavel engine section are going to be attached. The origin wing had there a skin with the mounting brackets for the engine. Possible you may need to restore the correct skin at the area. But it just depends on you only and the level of the accuracy that is going to be achieved.
