Only two La-7s remain: one in Moskow and one in Prague.
Only a wreck of the La-5 exists and the museum in Moscow has a reproduction of the La-5 (white 15), otherwise, no.

It is unfortunate, but at the time, people were occupied with rebuilding and were more interested in reclaiming vast amounts of scrap that the war machines offered.
So many types disappeared completely, with only stories and photos to mark their legacy.

I don't think I've ever seen any photos of the wrecked La-5, but the Military Aviation Museum in Virginia Beach has it in storage.
Not sure if they're going to restore it or put it on display as is.

Preserved wings of La-5 in the museum of the Moscow Aviation Institute
Sadly it's not real, it is located at the huge Victory Park Museum complex in Moscow's western suburbs.
There's this La-7 at Monino, but it's not Kozhedub's aircraft, despite the colour scheme. Monino once had a habit of misrepresenting its aircraft to resemble the most significant example of a type.
