I do have this aircraft part already for many years in my collection, but do not know from wich plane it is. Hope that someone can help me with this .

Don't know but I doubt it has anything to do with a voice recorder and by the looks of this part it looks like it was around long before a voice recorder was ever made!

I see nothing currently on that panel that can record anything. There is some engraving that is barely readable, you can see the words "port," "starboard" and "outboard"

I saw that - "VG" or Vg in aeronautical terms is "best glide." Reading further, it seems this device somehow records acceleration or "bumps" in a given flight parameter and in this case seems to be connected to the pitot/ static system. The unit from that link seems to be made during the 1950s.

Actually I think it can move in that position. As you probably know, you'll switch to cabin if the the outside source is inoperative.

Hope we will come to from which aeroplane this is.

It can be. At the same time it seems to tie into the pitot/ static system, perhaps like an autopilot.
