Transferred to the 93rd Bomb Group before Name/Artwork of 'HITLER'S NIGHTMARE' could be applied. Artist Jack E. Loman 68th Bomb Squadron Emblem Info Contributor - Stephen Adams Received by the 44th Bomb Group 20 Sep 42 prior to moving to the ETO. This A/C was one of the original nine assigned to the 67th BS. Received by the 44th Bomb Group 20 Sep 42 prior to moving to the ETO. "774" in 68th BS with call letter "S". It seems to have been transferred to 93rd BG because it's in that group's records as having been salvaged battle damaged 26 Aug 43.
