Explosive Device in Cockpit

Is there any information that pertains to self-destruct devices were installed in German fighter aircraft. Pictures of different wreck sites show the cockpit and center section has been destroyed by the crew after crash landing.

There were several types of device to self-destruct the aircraft installet in the cockpit or other places. there was also explosive devices for destruction of radio and radar equipment like the FuG 25a IFF transmitter/reciever. This device was activated by a switch in the cockpit-ususally marked F210.
