Yep, both Tamiya and ESCI, later re-boxed under the Italieri and then Italeri labels, do a Storch in 1/48th scale, and Hasegawa have (or had) one in 1/32nd scale - all can be found at 'secondhand' kit dealers, or on e-bay. (there was also a 'Criquet', the French-built, post-war version with the radial engine, in 1/48th scale by ESCI /Italeri.)
Airfix released one in 1/72nd scale in the late 1960s, but I don't know if it's still current.

I have 2 of the Tamiya and the Heller 1/72 can still be found as also the Smer on ebay as can the Hasegawa 1/32 which build into a really nice kit.

I got mine for $34CAN including shipping but it took about a year of looking. It helps when one isn't in a rush and has way to much free time on hand

Academy do a nifty 1/72 Storch.
