I agree with Carl. It looks like the elevator gust lock.

Here a Ju-88 with the gust lock on the elevator and rudder ...

Yes, the one in this first pic of the 190 is the usual Luftwaffe combat aircraft gust lock. The body in 2 halves is a pressed alluminium rectangle shape, painted bright red and with the contact faces covered in a dense felt. The steel strip tension blade passes through the middle to fit into tight control gaps. The bow-shaped tension nut and reception cup are gold/yellow anodised alloy. Even aircraft with internal control locks might have the gust locks fitted on the control surfaces.
