It looks like the doors were on the civilian variant only. The military ones had the side gun stations there.

The Fw200V1 had the fin and rudder tips of a different shape initially. It resulted also in the different shape of the trim tabs.

Also the Fw200V2 D-AETA had the elevator tips changed. Initailly it was like the V1 had firstly and then got the similar to the later ones.
