during 1945 were there any late Fw190 D-9 models fitted with engines like jumo 213E or F

Don't think so, a 190D-9 with a Jumo 213E or F would not really be a D-9 anymore.

The 190D-11 had the Jumo 213F.

The 190D-12 and 190D-13 had the Jumo 213F or E (or EB planned), and the Ta 152H had the Jumo 213E.

This is the D-13 Yellow 10 engine. I think this was the 213E

there was a D-9 prototype with Jumo 213C (fw190 V53)

With a 213C it would still be a D-9 as it's to 99% the same as 213A (prop shaft cleaned up so cannon barrel would fit). Unless they added the Motorkanone then it would get a different designation.

Ah, i thought 213C had a 2 stage supercharger

But apparently not

The Focke-Wulf 190 D-9 did have some variation of its armament during the development. The Technical description in February 1944 states that the D-9 could have the Motor Cannon MK 108 without the fuselage MG 131's as there was room for it before the fuselage front frame. Also, two MG 151's could replace the 131's (with no motor cannon).
However, these options seem to have been dropped, and the 213 C engine with the VS-9 propeller would also have been required to allow the shells to pass through, as the standard Jumo 213 A used in the D-9 had a reduction gear and VS-111 propeller that did not allow shells to pass through due to their design which blocked the shaft.
