German aircraft parts WWII?

Do you have any idea what this airplane part is that I suppose is German WWII? The markings are: 69087 as well as BOHNALT???

IMHO it is not of an german aircraft but a vehicle judging by the colour. Possible it is gearcase cover casted of the BOHNALITE. The Bohn Aluminum and Brass Corporation ( BOHNALITE ), Detroit (Michigan), USA was making engine parts for the US aircraft, eg. B-17 i B-29, tanks or other vehicles. If t was found at the same location as the hydraulic governor it may be a part of the same egine what indicates the US unit but not the German one.

It certainly reminds me of a rear accessory drive cover. The Shvetsov ASh-21 (virtually a metric Wright Cyclone) has a very, very similar case taking drive to the fuel injection pump.
