German tailwheel - information requested

Can someone tell me which German aircraft this tailwheel comes from?
This tailwheel was found along the banks of the river Waal near Dreumel.
The owner used the wheel as part of a wheelbarrow

diameter wheel: 42,5 cm
diameter rim: 19,3 cm
Text on tyre: CONTINENTAL Made in Germany Deutsches Fabrikat Frabriqué en Allemagne
Sizes on tyre: 465 x 165 = 6.50 – 6½
Code on tyre: 6439078 4EJ
Text on the rim: 465 x 165 8 – 2001 C-1

Hi Guys does anyone have any tyre sizes and wheel part numbers for the following tail wheels: Ju88 Do17 He111 Me110 I think I have examples of all of these.... cheers Tony
